Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order? 
You can place an order by first adding the item of your choice into your shopping cart, and then clicking 'Checkout'. This will lead you to the Checkout page where you can fill out the forms pertaining to your payment information. The order will be then sent to us, we will pack it and ship it within 1-2 Business Days.

 

How can I be certain my information is secure? 
We use Shopify Payments to process your payment information. Shopify is one of the leaders in eCommerce and has assured as that the entire payment process is secure. Your address and personal information is safe on our servers and is not accessed or used without the consent and permission of our customers.


Shipping and Handling: 
The following information pertains to our shipping policies.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Most of our orders are delivered within 3-5 Business Days once they are shipped. Orders that are closer to our Los Angeles location will typically deliver quicker.
 
What payment methods are accepted? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and JCB. If you have any specific payment inquiries, please do not hesitate to ask by emailing us at DiamanteScarves@gmail.com.

Return Policy: 
If you aren't completely satisfied with your product we will allow 15 days from the shipping date to return your item and receive a full refund within 3-5 days. The refund will not include shipping rates. Customer is responsible for paying shipping.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to change out your scarf for a different one we allow up to 15 days from shipping date to return your item and email us to send the new one. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping rates in the exchange process.
